Generally, North Americans see themselves as leaders in the world.
Generally, the rest of the world sees North Americans as rather backward.
Easily manipulated by their "elites".
Canadians tend to have a "colonial puppy" mindset.

Healthcare system of every counties should be good to provide proper healthcare system to people.Healthcare system of America is better than Canada. So people of Canada regularly travel to US to get better treatment. Poor healthcare system affects a lot to people of that country. So Canadian government should try to improve his healthcare system.
